In the advanced level 1 courses our primary goal is to focus on the techniques of the participants and to promote the fun in paddling. We want to empower you to run on whitewater category 3.

Course contents:
- Material science
- Repetition of the basic strokes
- Perfecting the paddle support
- Eskimo roll
- Learning new strokes (e.g. the sweep)
- Eddy driving in strong currents
- Video analyses
- Introduction to the most common safety and rescue techniques
Preconditions:
- Good swimming knowledge
- Safe paddling on whitewater category 2
